2018 National Blue Ribbon Award for BSS

We are  proud to announce that the United States Department of Education has selected Blessed Sacrament School as one of 49 private schools in the nation to receive the 2018 National Blue Ribbon School Award.  This is the second time in ten years that Blessed Sacrament School has earned this national distinction by the Department of Education. We are honored to be the only Catholic school named in Virginia; the only school in the Diocese of Arlington to be recognized; and one of only 8 Virginia schools to earn this outstanding academic achievement for 2018.

This historic announcement confirms and affirms that Blessed Sacrament School is an extraordinary school with extraordinary teaching and learning supported by an extraordinary community. Congratulations to our entire school community on this accomplishment!
