Welcome from Our Principal
Dear Parents,
Welcome to Blessed Sacrament School and thank you for taking the time to visit our website to learn more about us.
As a parish school founded in 1949, we are proud of our Catholic traditions and practices. I believe that one of the most important decisions we make as parents is about the education of our children. At Blessed Sacrament School, we value that decision and partner with parents to foster the spiritual, physical, social/emotional, and intellectual growth of our students. It is a rich blessing for me to serve as principal along with our teachers and staff. These faith-filled men and women are devoted to educating our pre-K through eighth grade students as they seek to become compassionate, committed, and self-confident citizens.
We strive to live our mission – to create an educated community to serve Christ and one another with integrity and respect. Our students are challenged to grow in wisdom, knowledge and grace. We offer many opportunities to experience rich, Catholic traditions, and we encourage students to consistently put their faith into action in service to others.
We offer a firm foundation in the basic academic skills which is enhanced by outstanding visual/performing arts and STEM programs as well as an outstanding Spanish program.
Blessed Sacrament School has so much to offer our students. We hope that you will consider becoming a part of our school family. I encourage you to peruse our website and I invite you to attend one of our Open House Days. Each Open House begins at 9am with presentations by the Principal and Early Childhood Center (ECC) Director and ends with a tour of the school given by student ambassadors. Come and learn about a day in the life of Blessed Sacrament School!
In Christ,
Ms. Kate Chelak
