Bishop Burbidge Celebrates Our Blue Ribbon School!

BSS was blessed with a visit by Bishop Michael Burbidge in celebration of Catholic Schools Week! The Bishop shared a wonderful morning with us beginning with School Mass following by a visit with each class.

During the faculty and staff luncheon, Fr. Kelly and Mrs. Garcia presented Bishop Burbidge with our new Blue Ribbon t-shirt commemorating the 2008 and 2018 National Blue Ribbon Awards. All students, faculty, and staff were given the t-shirt as a gift to wear during our Blue Ribbon Celebration Day! A special thank you to all of our parent volunteers who made it possible for the faculty and staff to attend the luncheon. We are a Blue Ribbon community!
